Meditation & Visualisation

Sometimes the treatment itself is not enough to enable the client to thoroughly relax.

 

Sometimes by asking the client to close their eyes and concentrate on their breathing and by listening to my voice; they can let the swirl of thoughts, worries and anxieties to be stilled and allow the images of calm overtake for a while.
